What to expect
This course typically runs for 6-7 weeks with both on the water and off the water sessions.
The schedule consists of two sessions on the water, with a break in between.
Land training is usually a midweek evening and is usually held in our PTRC hall. Last year we used tank sessions to complement the training schedule.
We teach the basics of rowing & erging - with the expectation that course graduates will be capable of joining our Development squads at the end of the course to continue their rowing careers.
