At Putney Town we host crews for all of the Tideway head races. All visitors are provided with use of our changing and shower facilities, the club hall, balcony and bar, as well as space for trailer parking, rigging and access to the river with some space for parking.​

Our location makes us convenient, meaning you can keep your trailer away from the busier sites in Hammersmith and Putney, and we try to make provisions for hot drinks and food, particularly on the cold winter Head days.

If you would like to boat from Putney Town, please email our Club Captain before you put your race entry into BROE. We are limited to how many crews we can accommodate and will only accept clubs and crews who have approached us first.

We are also able to host training camps and training days for your crews to get Tideway experience. Depending on availability we cane offer launches for coaches, and crews are welcome to make use of our facilities, where this fits around our squads’ training. All visiting coaches must be familiar with the Tideway Rowing Code and any coxes unaccompanied by coaches must be likewise. Unfortunately we are unable to offer accommodation at the club.
