Give as You Live
Supporting PTRC has never been easier! We’ve partnered with the ‘Give as You Live’ platform, which helps raise money for charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs—all through your everyday spending, at no extra cost to you!
Set up live as you give
Register on the platform—it’s quick and free.
Add the donation reminder add-on to your search engine to ensure you never miss an opportunity to give.
Shop as usual with participating retailers, and a percentage of your purchase will be donated to PTRC automatically.
Share with friends—each referral generates an additional reward for our club!
new 'Crowdfunder' section added
We are looking to raise a total of £70,000 to resurface our compound area and provide a lift to our first floor clubhouse.
As of February 2025 we have raised half the funds through generous member donations and grants, including a huge support of £15,000 from Sport England and The National Lottery.
If you wish to talk about making a specific donation or leaving a legacy or if you want to get involved, please email us.
SAFETY HUB PAGE
A 'key' box has been added to the safety hub page further clarifying who can use Open Use (OU), Steer Certed (SC) and Captain's Permission boats (CP).
As a reminder, if you've not passed your Practical Steer Cert you can only use OU boats. 'Captains Permission' (CP) boats can only be used by authority of the captain. A Fleet List can be found on the website in the Members Area (and noted on the drop down list when you sign out a boat).
'JOIN US' PAGE: MEMBERSHIP PACK update
We've updated the pack to include club changes from the past few years, these include: Data Privacy policy updates and relevant links, membership subscription prices, Code of Conduct document links for PTRC members (approved at previous AGM), club roles and associated links to the website.
Updates to smartphone layout and updated links.
Added to every page of the Membership area. Please remember to check this link should you wish to erg in the hall/attic on weekdays.
General information on times and venue hire type updated.
Should you have any queries about the changes noted above, please get in contact with Secretary@putneytownrc.co.uk
