Burns Night Quiz (and cultural extravaganza) – 24th January 2009

This annual event is open to all club members, family and friends, and is always a great evening. Broadly speaking:

• 7:00pm – Quiz starts
• 7:45 – 9:00pm  –  Neaps, Tatties, and Haggis, plus cultural input from the previous captain (in a kilt), current president, and a large windbag…
• 9:00pm   Round 2 of the quiz
• Prize giving and the bar is open

Last year we had a great evening with more than 100 people in attendance, including a team from Sons of the Thames who won the quiz, so start reading the encyclopaedias now!
